8th Grade ELA classes participated in a gallery tour which focused on the Holocaust. By using the interactive Apple TV and Tour Builder, students were able to visit and see actual historical locations from the Holocaust.     

December 5th,6th, and 7th Hopewell students participated in the Hour of Code.  The Hour of Code is a global movement to introduce coding to millions of students each year.  This year our students created games on the iPads and programmed  Ozobots.    

6th grade ESL students in Mrs. Byrd's classes uses an amazing software, No Red Ink. This software helps to improve student's grammar skills.

Mrs. Hinds uses Blendspace to blend her classroom with digital content.  Blendspace is a free web tool that allows teachers to collect digital resources in one place to form a bundled, interactive lesson for students.

As a demonstration of their understanding of the concept of Succession and Catastrophic Events, the 7th grade science classes created a video using the iPad app, iMovie. Enjoy! Video
